Bio:

Amy has been awarded several designations recognized by the Wisconsin Realtors association. These designations earned signify a commitment to the real estate profession through advanced training and experience:

February 2004, Women’s Council of Realtors
July 2004, Council of Residential Specialist, CRS
February 2005, Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI
August 2005, Accredited buyer representative, ABR
April 2006, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES

Amy has also been actively involved in CCIM, commercial real estate education, completion of course in February 2004, October 2004 & December 2006.

In addition to a focus on sales & education, Amy is responsible for creating and implementing processes and procedures to maintain a smooth functioning office environment. Amy is the sales agents’ first point of contact for training/education, contract support, company resources & information. Her role is crucial in executing new programs and plans to assist in driving sales agent leads up and maximizing sales agent sales.

Recruitment is also top of mind for Amy. In the past 12 months, with the help of existing agents, Amy has more than doubled the size of the company. Agents are attracted to Micoley & Company for several reasons including but not limited to; leadership, vision, opportunity, & stability.

Amy resides in De Pere with her son Owen. A lifelong resident to the area, Amy has enjoyed Green Bay for work, play, and education, having attended the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and St. Norbert College in De Pere.
