Bio:

After ten years in the real estate field Senior Associate, Chad Micoley, has reached a plateau that many agents work towards their whole careers. Chad has been an influential part of the Micoley & Co. real estate team since he earned his license in 1999.

Born in Green Bay and raised in nearby Oconto Falls, Chad carries the wealth of area knowledge that only is acquired through life-long residency. Chad also benefits from the knowledge and expertise of multiple family members with real estate and/or building experience, including his brother, Wade Micoley, broker/owner of Micoley & Co. Realtors, along with his father Jack Micoley and brother Jayson Micoley, who both work for Tycore Built, one of Micoley & Company’s brother companies.

Armed with a vast knowledge of the Green Bay area, Chad knew that a career in real estate was the right professional decision for him. Chad knew that his real estate career would be nurtured and would flourish with Micoley & Company.

Through the support and inspiration of his company Chad continues to advance his real estate career through his pursuit of the highly regarded commercial real estate designation, CCIM, and he also continues to work towards yet another year as the top producing agent for sales closed.

In his free time Chad enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends. Chad especially enjoys the time he is able to spend with his wife, Dawn, and stepson, Dylan
