My husband works for a company that grows and moves fast. When word of a promotion hits, we have a week to pack,, and a week to get to the new location, and the next week, he’s expected at work. Although it’s a great company to work for, it does make moving with a family quite difficult. In this situation, we had to depend a lot on a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. Deana was able to listen to the things we were looking for in a house and help us narrow our search. With so many houses on the market, and not a lot of time to buy, we were really crunched for time. Deana spent a lot of time with us on the phone and email before we even got to town. She was patient with our 2 year old who was along for the ride! We spent a few long days driving from house to house, and we enjoyed spending them with Deana. When we had narrowed our search down, Deana’s knowledge of homes and inspections was very useful. She was able to point out things we might have missed, such as upgraded windows and siding, or a great water heating system. She was also able to explain regional things such as sump pumps and bread drawers that people from the Pacific Northwest like us didn’t know about!
While closing the deal, Deana was willing to work with us and do what we wanted as far as the offer and the negotiations. We felt comfortable that she was going to do everything she could to make everyone happy. She was always east to get a hold of, and was willing to meet to discuss details and sign papers.
