Bio:
Jill was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin and is the 10th child of Harriet and Robert
Schmit. Her father sold large equipment and her mother was a homemaker. Growing
up with so many kids, it is safe to say that she understands housing needs.
After attending the University of Wisconsin—Madison, she began her career in the
retail industry. It was during her 14 years in this field that she helped to manage a
small business and received several certifications through Northeast Wisconsin
Technical College.
She then began her real estate career, and is now a Realtor with Micoley & Company,
and has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), & GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations.
Business and marketing was not something that she came into accidentally,
but instead it is a career that she has pursued throughout her professional life.
