A seasoned real estate professional, John Olson, is yet another asset to the Micoley & Company team. John has been an active member of the real estate field since receiving his license in 1984 from the Coldwell Banker Education program. Backed by a wealth of experience, John is capable of helping buyers, sellers, and investors in their real estate endeavors, whether they be residential, new construction, commercial, vacant land, or investment property.

Because of his admiration for Wade Micoley’s professionalism and work ethic John’s service in the real estate field have always been with Wade Micoley’s team, “[Wade] not only works very hard to improve himself, but also those around him,” said Olson. John continues to improve through his pursuit of the prestigious commercial real estate designation, CCIM.

In addition to his experience in real estate, John has also worked as the builder and owner of American Dream Homes, a well known area builder since 2001. Through American Dream Homes and Micoley & Company Realtors John has sold and built homes all over the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas. In addition to these experiences John also has a wealth of knowledge about the area thanks to being a De Pere resident since 1994.

When he's not working John enjoys spending time with his wife, Paula, touring Wisconsin in their convertible. In his free time John also enjoys kayaking, golfing, and fishing.
