For REALTOR®, Katrina McDermid, it only took two years in the real estate industry for her to see the fruits of her labor. After all the hard work and long hours that Katrina regularly practices, in January 2006 she was announced as the number four top producing agent for sales closed in 2005, a feat usually reserved for more seasoned real estate veterans. This recognition and her genuine interest in the real estate industry continue to make Katrina an asset to the Micoley & Co. team.

Katrina received her real estate license from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in April of 2004, and then began the process of interviewing with various real estate companies in the Green Bay area. Through this process Katrina recognized something extraordinary with Micoley & Company, “After interviewing with several different local firms Micoley & Company had the most to offer. From the tools and technology, to the ongoing support and training, I knew I couldn’t go wrong working for this innovative company with a leading edge in the marketplace,” said McDermid.

Although she was born and raised in Oconto Falls, Katrina has been familiarizing herself with the Green Bay area since 2000. Prior to her real estate career Katrina spent time working for a local developer where she spent most of her days drafting contracts on behalf of the developer and scouting for new land. This previous contract experience and a working knowledge of Green Bay, Oconto Falls, and the surrounding areas continue to serve Katrina well in her real estate career.

Fueled by her knowledge of the area, and the support and inspiration of her company Katrina continues to better herself by earning her ABR designation, and continuing to work towards other real estate designations, including her CRS, GRI, and the prestigious commercial real estate designation, CCIM.

In her free time Katrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In particular, her six nieces and nephews keep Katrina willingly well occupied. Other aspects of her social life that Katrina particularly enjoys are going out to eat, snowmobiling, enjoying nice weather, and anything that involves fun!
