Micoley & Company REALTOR®, Rick Roundy, brings a vast knowledge and familiarity with the Green Bay and Fox Cities areas thanks to a quarter of a century of residency. Rick knows that the Green Bay and Fox Cities areas are a great place to work, live, and play, making him knowledgeable of all areas of the real estate field, including residential, new construction, commercial, investment, and vacant land.

Rick received his real estate license from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in July of 2003, and immediately pursued a position with the Micoley & Company team. After 21+ years of corporate sales experience within the paper industry, Rick knew that Micoley & Company was where he wanted to pursue a career in real estate, “[I wanted to] be part of a growing, progressive company, and to interact with people one-on-one, and help them with important “life” decisions,” said Roundy.

Having lived in the Kaukauna, De Pere, Green Bay, and Wrightstown areas for over 20 years, Rick brings a wealth of area knowledge and experience to the real estate field. Rick continues to build on this experience through the pursuit of various designations, including the highly regarded commercial real estate designation, CCIM.

In addition to his real estate license Rick boasts the educational credentials of a 1982 University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Bachelor of Science degree, and a 1991 University of Oshkosh Masters in Business Administration.

In his free time Rick enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, and their three children, Adam, Megan, and Jacob. Together Rick and Diane enjoy the lifestyle of following the youth sports participation of their three very active children. The Roundy family enjoys taking vacations together, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. The family also shares the passion of fundraising and donating time to charitable groups and their local church, St. Pauls. Rick is also an active member of the Wrightstown School Board, and an active member of St. Pauls Church, Wrightstown
