Bio:

Senior Associate, Steve Van Egeren, has been a main-stay of the Micoley & Company real estate team since November of 1998. Steve came to Micoley & Company immediately following the receipt of his real estate license in November of 1998. And although Steve has been in the real estate business for nearly a decade he continues to build upon his real estate education through his pursuit of the prestigious real estate designation, CCIM.

Prior to his real estate career, Steve received a Marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and then spent 11 years working in sales. Steve spent five years in Denver as a District Sales Manager for Chrysler Motors, and six years as a National Sales Manager of an industrial chemical company in Minneapolis.

With a philosophy for high production AND happy employees, Steve knew that Micoley & Company was the right place to focus his real estate efforts. “I decided to pursue my real estate career with Micoley & Co. because it is family friendly, has a great reputation, is focused on teamwork, practices tremendous training, is progressive, and takes an innovative approach to the real estate business,” said Van Egeren.

In addition to his busy schedule, Steve has recently acquired his auctioneer license and has stepped up to the challenge of becoming the vice president of Micoley & Company Real Estate Auctions.
