Originally from Southern California, Susan now calls Green Bay, Wisconsin her home away from home! Her real estate career began in the late winter of 2005. She specializes in working with buyers both new and experienced. Susan has also had a background in REO management and has an excellent ability to read the market and price her client’s listings competitively and effectively.

 Susan joined Micoley and Company team in the summer of 2008 and has quickly become an active member in the company sharing her experiences and staying involved. “It’s all about team work and the combined experiences we all share here at Micoley.”  Susan admits, “If I can help my fellow agents, or if they can help me, I know I’ll grow in the process as well, and this will ultimately have a positive effect on my customers and the service they will receive.”

 Susan has three strong sons, one in college and two at Ashwaubenon High school.  Susan is no stranger to high standards of organization and efficiency. “I’ve been a baseball and football mom for as long as I can remember! It takes careful planning to make all of the games and still excel in my career.” Hardworking, friendly and passionate about real estate, Susan is looking forward to a bright future in this challenging business.
